The return of the Ghetto Gourmet!

A day before the final holiday of the year, I decided to make a cooking stream. No guest. Just me. Making an unconventional  fried rice. I've hada rough year. Another heart attack. 2 heart surgeries (one open). And I'm improving, says my doctor. So, cooking again!  Let's have fun together!

Cooking Stream with 2 Guests!

My cousin Topher was in town so along with my friend Nicole, we decided to make pizza! The wrong way. We had no idea what we were doing. But we cracked jokes and enjoyed each others company. Lamb meat. 3 kinds of cheese. No after pictures because we all forgot about the pizza while watching tv.

Live cooking stream replay!

I had a heart attack on April 15th that lasted 17 hours until April 16th and I lived. How? Because I willed it so. Also, not doing drugs or drinking in excess probably helped me keep a strong enough heart to live through it. My heart is good now. I'm alive. Taking meds. Exercising and eating less fast food. Be aware of blood clots people. Don't ignore chest pains. Go to a hospital. Actually, go to UCLA hospitals, do not go to any old hospital. In celebration of my life, here is a cooking stream filmed a few days ago on facebook! Homemade mayo, fish sandwich and fries.
